Hello!
Thanks for visiting my page :) My name is Hannah Mullinex! I'm an amateur digital artist and sound designer. I work on a game dev team with my brother jardle1.itch.io, Jadon. We have released 3 games so far. They have all been apart of game jams. We plan to go back to these games and add the finishing touches we weren't able to under the time limit. We are most definitely going to join more game jams in the future to practice, learn, and hopefully release some genuinely fun games!
A little bit about our games so far,
Brar Hates Fish
brar-hates-fish
This is our second game for a public jam. The theme was buried alive. This is definitely the best project I have worked on and I am extremally proud of what we accomplished in the short amount of time we had. The team was Jadon Mullinex and I. I think that Jadon and I had made a lot of progress between Purgatory Gate Keeper and Brar Hates Fish, we also had a week this time. This was way less stressful and I definitely improved my efficiency and hopefully the quality as well.
Crabs need to eat! Brar's favorite reef is full of big, tasty fish... with big, tasty eyeballs! Burrow yourself in the sand, surprise all the fish, and eat their eyeballs! Rack up huge combos in this stealth golf game!
Purgatory Gate Keeper
purgatory-gatekeeper
This was our first submission in a two day game jam that was a part of a game development class. The theme was the golden rule. The team was made up of Jadon, Cuba "Shiba Dog" Stanley(shibadogstudios.itch.io), and myself.
Inspired by Papers Please, you become the judge! Examine the lives of all who enter death's door. Decide who is good enough to enter The Good Place, and who deserves to be punished for the rest of time! Weigh up their good deeds against their bad, and choose what exactly they'll be doing and how long they must be subjected to it for...
Traversal
This was a part of yet another game jam. My brother Jadon Mullinex was the head programmer on a team of 6 people including myself. I was not a major part of development on this game but I did have an important role in the grand scheme of things. I did all of the 2D art for the game and was one of the only playtesters. While I was not one of the main developers I am still proud of the work that I've done in this game.
Use your glider and grappling hook to navigate an open world... but you'll have no minimap, compass, or quest markers. Use only hand-drawn maps to find where you are in the world, and where you need to go.
Discover a new world and use your navigation skills to find what the maps are hiding.
